Im going to give you a 5 rating and a 4 score to keep you hanging for a bit.
But a few things first...
First off: Bigger make it more of the screen most people have decent size screens and for a webpage why not have it big look at newgrounds.
2nd: a tad bit more color. text needs to be more readable.
3rd: do you need the logo with the site name like that on the bottom, i would revise that if i where you but thats more person, something on the top across (google/newgrounds/facebook) something like that, but i like that you kept that small

I like it there are many games like this type to stop death lol but this one i havent seen and theres seems to be some work put into this ....
